Rock Climbing Camp

Now a Five Day Camp!

Rock Climbing Camps foster camper climbing skills necessary to function safely and confidently on rock and other alpine terrain. Collaboration, respect and perseverance will be taught and tested during this week-long adventure. Fundamentals including rope handling, route finding as well as traditional technique and form will be practiced.

Return campers will work on more advanced techniques when climber aptitude, progression and climbing terrain allow.

Each day participants will enjoy an interactive environment that focuses heavily on skill, character development and trust.

Earth science is a daily component of camp life. Campers will learn firsthand about geology, the tectonic forces that created the Lake Tahoe Basin.
